• ½ avocado
    • 1 greek yogurt, unsweetened (5,3 ounces)
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • Salt, to taste
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • 1 grated lemon zest
    • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Avocado sauce

  1. Put the avocado, yogurt, garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Puree with a hand blender and season it with pepper, salt and grated lemon zest.
  3. Blend again and serve with meat and fishes.
