Terms and Conditions – Promotions and Contests
Competition: “WIN 120 Prizes”.
I. PROMOTION
120 will be running a competition from 1st May 2023 to 30th April 2024. Users are invited to participate for the chance to win prizes throughout the duration of the competition.
To take part and for the chance to win prizes, participates must enter their details and register to the 120 database, via our competition landing page. There will be a total of 230 winners who will receive 1 prize each, in line with the established dates.
II. MECHANICS
Users must register their details via our landing page.
Participants must fill in all required fields such as; user name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth and country from which they are participating.
On entering this data, users will be entered into a draw to win 1 of 230 prizes from 120.
The promotion is aimed at all residents of UK, Ireland & Denmark over 18 years of age.
III. EXCLUSIONS FROM PARTICIPATION
The following are not eligible to participate in this promotion
- Minors – those under the legal age to purchase or consume alcohol in their country
- Persons who are not a resident of either Ireland, UK, & Denmark.
- Any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the preparation of these rules.

Giveaways:
Santa Rita Wine Estates/Competition landing page owner will select random, qualified winner/s each month. The above mentioned prizes will be allocated and given away until the end of the campaign.

Prize delivery:
Santa Rita Estates will send the prize winners details each month – full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number to arrange the prize distribution. The winners will be notified through e-mail each month. If a winner is contacted through email and does not respond with all the information required for the prize distribution within seven continuous days, then the participant is assumed as not interested/qualified and loses the opportunity to win the prize.
Conditions:
By participating in the 120 giveaway, the user is registering their details and agreeing to receive emails from 120 until further notice.
